Shari Smith

Administrative Assistant

Hello, my name is Shari Smith and I am the assistant to Alan, Dave, and Corbin of the Alan Smith Team.

I have worked in the exciting Colorado real estate world for 20 years, and I am so happy to be part of RE/MAX Professionals and the Alan Smith Team.

A Colorado native, I spent my college years in Fort Collins -CSU -  and have resided in Littleton and Denver ever since.  I love Colorado for all of same reasons you do (or will) – and I am so proud to call it home.

Call me any time – I am here to help!

David Pratt

I joined the Alan Smith Team at RE/MAX Professionals in 2013.  I am excited to be in this business and to help people realize their dream of owning a piece of property.  I am convinced that there is no one better than our team to help people achieve their goals in real estate.  I have worked with both buyers and sellers in all areas of the greater Denver area.  We offer many industry leading tools and I love sharing those with our buyers and sellers to help them get the most out of their experience.

I have a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in finance from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a minor in Russian.  Prior to receiving my degree I served a 2 year mission for the LDS church where I became fluent in Russian while serving among the people of Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, in Eastern Europe.

My wife, Lindsay and I have two boys, Parker and Oliver, and a baby girl, Penelope.  I was born and raised in Fort Collins but I have always loved the greater Denver area and I am excited to be in Littleton now.  I love to mountain bike, wakeboard/surf, snowboard and ski, and play soccer.

Corbin Smith

I have been selling real estate since 2008. I love the challenge of helping sellers sell their home and helping buyers buy their dream home. I'm passionate and enthusiastic about real estate. I enjoy and excel at negotiating deals for my clients.

I have a degree in Political Science from UNLV. Prior to real estate I worked for Bank of America where I worked my way up from a part time teller to a market manager. I moved my family to Colorado from Las Vegas in 2007 to join The Alan Smith team.

My wife Gail and I have three kids 13, 10, and 8. They keep us busy with volleyball, swimming, tennis, baseball, basketball, and football. I love spending time with my family and enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather.
